TRIGONOMETRY AT THE HEADQUARTERS

On May 31, students of academic mathematics went to the Headquarters to apply their knowledge of trigonometry. Using clinometers, they measured the angles they needed and calculated the height of the interior pillars, the diameter of the rose window, and even the height of the facade towers. Many thanks to CentMat (Center for Scientific and Mathematical Learning) for offering us this fantastic activity.
